Testimonials are a home party consultant’s walking bill board! They are also fun, inexpensive, and can really draw attention to a product or opportunity.
Before placing your catalogs into your lapboards, go through each catalog or monthly flier and highlight results obtained using the product specials or items you will be demonstrating. Do this for 3-4 items. This will increase home party sales, home party booking and home party recruits!

Be sure to track your home party sales, attendance and feedback to determine which theme bring the most ROI! Also have a book with a list of themes available for guests to look at during the demonstration. They will be more likely to book a show if they find a theme that they would enjoy.
6. Have and Provide Samples
It is a widely known fact that when you are given the liberty of trying something out; If you like it, if it’s better than your old brand, or if it meets your needs, you are more likely to buy it after you try it.
That is why sampling is one of the very best marketing techniques. It is often cheaper than advertising, too. Debbi Fields, of Mrs. Field’s cookies, promoted her cookies with sampling when she first started her business. Who could resist a free cookie?
Dress up your samples. Add a ribbon here, a scent there to your samples or giveaways. This will make customers appreciate them more. Instead of giving them a freebie, you have given them a gift, which is psychologically more valuable.
